Case Study - National Tenant Representation for a listed Construction company

Previously, whilst working at another company, Simon was appointed as the national tenant representative for a national construction company, overseeing office and industrial property negotiations across Australia. This included managing tenant representation projects in Perth, Melbourne and Adelaide, spanning both office and industrial sectors. With the lease nearing expiry and the property sold for redevelopment, the company faced the challenge of vacating the site within a tight timeframe. A new site was identified, negotiated and secured promptly, allowing the company’s manufacturing operations to continue with minimal disruption.
