Simon King - Principal

Simon King is a highly experienced commercial real estate professional, having held senior positions with Big Four accounting firms, global real estate services firms and investment management companies in Australia, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.

He specialises in occupier strategy and transaction management, with extensive expertise in large corporate office and industrial portfolios both nationally and internationally. Simon’s advisory experience spans multiple sectors, including office, industrial, retail, affordable housing, education, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing and student accommodation.

His career highlights include successfully divesting an $825 million property portfolio for the Western Australian Government, raising £50 million in equity capital to establish and manage a UK commercial property investment company and securing the first-ever global mandate for a professional services firm (which happened to be one of the largest companies on the NYSE).

Simon is known for his professionalism, effective communication and collaborative approach, placing great value on teamwork and advocating for diversity, inclusion and organisational integrity.

Simon holds an MBA from The University of Edinburgh, a Graduate Diploma in Geoscience, an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and has completed the one-year Investment Management Program at London Business School. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Western Australia, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and New South Wales.
